Grief Coaching

I provide faith-based grief coaching support for grief recovery working from the inside out. A spirit-led focus on inner healing through group or private sessions. Online e-learning programs platforms is also available.

This style of coaching marries biblical principles and scripture with practical coping skills and techniques to set you on a path to restoration.

Grief Family Counseling

As a Paraceltos Biblical Counseling Specialist, I counsel families through the grief process as a unit to strengthen their emotion connection and get them to a place of joy.

Grief Talk

Grief Talk with Lydiia Rose, PCS, is a private group on Facebook where Lydia hosts Live Coaching sessions sharing weekly tips, skills and strategies for coping with grief. It is a "safe space" for grief expression and understanding .

Speaking on Grief

Lydia is a subject-matter expert on grief, loss, death and dying. She speaks to audiences at conferences, workshops and seminars about all things related to the journey of grief.

Expect to gain insight on how to have difficult conversations about grief, how to cope with grief and how to find joy from grief. You will be informed, inspired, uplifted and resored.
